1 Fusion MLS ™ Beta Program Opens to All MLS Subscribers On December 19, a link to the Fusion MLS™ beta program will be added in the HAR.com Members Only Portal under the existing ‘Enter Tempo MLS’ link called ‘Fusion MLS Beta.’ As with any beta program, some features and functionality continue to be refined as HAR receives user feedback. Fusion MLS™ is completely optional at this point. Tempo MLS™ will continue to operate and Fusion will run “parallel” to Tempo for up to a year. A date for turning off Tempo MLS™ has not yet been set, but is not anticipated to occur before the 4 th quarter of 2012.

2 Fusion MLS ™ Beta Program Opens to All MLS Subscribers (continued) All listings and photos will continue to be added in Tempo MLS™. Listings added or modified in Tempo MLS™ will automatically update in Fusion MLS™ every 15 minutes and photos every hour. Marketlinx is working to make it easy to access the Tempo “Add/Edit” module directly from Fusion MLS™ in early 2012. Fusion MLS™ can be used on Macs and PCs, as well as any full Web browser capable of running Adobe Flash Player 10.1 or higher, such as Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. 3 Weekly HAR Market Stat As another new year approaches, we find ourselves settling in for the holidays, which typically come with slowed real estate transaction activity. Home sales increased during the first full week of the holiday shopping season while sellers listed fewer properties. In the Houston region, for the week ending December 4: New Listings decreased 9.6% to 1,618 Pending Sales increased 26.6% to 1,122 Closed Sales increased 6.4% to 1,323
