3 Test Development Center, June 2009 3 New Executive Director of National Assessment Governing Board (NAGB) Dr. Cornelia Orr, Assistant Deputy Commissioner of Accountability, Research and Measurement, will be leaving the Department in mid-July to assume her new responsibilities A search will be underway shortly for a replacement
