Need to have slide: Need To Make Estimates of the Engineering Times involved. Need to Make Estimates of the fixed costs involved. From 1 & 2 we can obtain Price/Channel. Provide a bases for the individual demands to the different authorities. The Contribution in engineering time will be reduced from the final bill. Travel costs etc – to be paid by each laboratory. The final bill – how do we pay for it? Proportional to the number of channels? A fixed cost part + the number of channels? We pool all the money together … ? Common funding from say ANR?
