Overview Twitter is a micro-blogging service that lets users send & read messages of up to 140 characters, called tweets. Facebook lets users create a profile, add friends, post & read status updates & interact with friends through various apps. Flickr is a photo-sharing website and online community that includes a photo organizing application

Twitter Features Twitter is a micro-blogging service that lets users send & read messages of up to 140 characters, called tweets. To read another’s messages, you “follow” that user. Accounts are public by default but can be made private, allowing approval of one’s followers. Associated websites expand Twitter’s features. Facebook Features Facebook lets a user create a profile and interact with friends. Users can interact by updating their status, uploading photos (unlimited) and videos, writing on a friend’s wall, and reading the news feed from friends on their home page. Privacy - share with Friends only, with Friends & Friends of Friends or with Everyone. Other apps include Notes, Chat, Events, Groups, Networks, Gifts.

Flickr Features Flickr is a photo & video sharing website, web services suite and online community Users can interact by uploading photos, joining and submitting photos & comments to groups Photos can be shared with Family, Friends, Contacts, Groups or Anyone Flickr includes Organizr, which lets you edit, tag and group your photos
