Genetics of Asthma International Network (GAIN) l A multi-center nuclear family collection designed to study the genetics of asthma l 11 Centers in Europe, Australia, US and Barbados l Ascertained through an affected proband with physician’s diagnosis of asthma with at least one more sibling with asthma l 1018 families ascertained: DNA and phenotypic data available for ~4500 subjects
