6 Bigger Picture  How much simulation/didactics/portfolios should we have?  Uniform clerkship expectations (call, checklists)  Require rotations on phlebotomy, IV teams, PT  Role of standardized testing in clerkship grades  Teaching service within the hospital  Educational grand rounds by AOE
