7. Health Regions defined provincially inconsistent in size do not always conform with standard geographic units –geo-coding tools/methods developed to link data

8. Peer groups need to compare regions peer groups defined to serve this purpose based on 24 variables –basic characteristics, living and working conditions (mostly Census data) working paper available
