OUR LAND – OUR WEALTH, OUR FUTURE, IN OUR HANDS Recommendations from STRP on the implementation arrangements and stakeholder participation: 1.Endorse the idea that the SIP, as agreed, will use existing frameworks for implementation. 2.Document is on right track and needs some amendments to fully capture opportunities presented by tapping into existing implementation structures of additional SSA organizations; (ie, greater REC/SRO roles, possible SSA government representation on Regional Technical Committee, etc.). 3. Multi-level peer review processes should be operationalized to support accountability and therefore governance, and ensure that a wide range of stakeholders are involved.
