Portfolio Goal Statement Plymouth Regional High School provides an opportunity for students to utilize 21st century tools to access, manage, integrate, evaluate and reflect on student work over a four year learning period. A completed digital portfolio of student work will become an intricate part of assessment to demonstrate growth toward students fulfilling the PRHS expectations.

Locating & Moving Files Across Networks 1.Locate the SkillsAssessment provided for you in the share drive- New Share:\Digital Portfolios\August-Inservice\5. Artifacts\ Skills Assess 2. Right Click on this file, scroll to copy and paste it in the folder you created in your H:Drive 3.Open this Skills Assessment and evaluate your skills in technology (1-10) 4.Save this in your H:Drive when you are finished.

On the TaskStream home page click the Subscribe/Renew button located on the purple area on the top left side of the screen.

You should now see the Purchase or Activate Subscription page. This is a one day account set up for today’s workshop. Select whether you are creating a new account (First Time Subscriber), renewing an account, or converting a guest account. Then enter the key code specified below in the appropriate fields and click the Continue button.

Student 06-07 Accounts will expire January 08’. They will get a new key code that will allow them to register active accounts for an additional year. They have to physically re-register. They do the same thing we are doing now. (Renew)

Complete Steps 2 and 3. During step 3, make sure to make a note of the username and password that you have chosen. _________________________________________________________ This will be the username and password you (students) use to access TaskStream. Confirm your registration information in Step 4. If you need to edit any of the information you have entered click the Edit button. Otherwise click Continue to complete your registration. Go to the home page to login with your username and password

Where should artifacts go? The front page should capture personality, character and energy about the person! Graduation File- Anything that is part of the Planning Process, Certifications, Resume, References etc. can go in the Graduation file, 4-Year plan etc. Is this Artifact being used to complete an academic goal/ used to meet expectations? If yes, pick one and reflect on why. If no, where else could it go? If something does not fit, then ask yourself “what section could I build on?” According to Dr. Royce Robertson (2007), one example could be if a student is CPR certified, this could go in (Graduation File) where a header like (Certifications) could be added.” New!
