Most sections request either the same information or the same information enhanced with additional details (e.g., information on funded projects includes all prior requested information, plus information about funding and the aims of the project) The relative order is unchanged except for - reporting clinical activity later in the CV - locating the narrative at the end

Translating my CV from FIRST to the new format Use FIRST to download references from NLM Produce WORD document from FIRST Open CV and new template in two windows For sections that are relatively unchanged, delete template tables and cut and paste from word For sections that are new or substantially modified, populate the new template tables with data from the prior version
