2 CONSIDE HOW YOU SPEND YOUR TIME Sleeping Showering, dressing, grooming Meals, family responsibilities Commuting, travel time, errands Classes and work Television Studying

3 SCHEDULE STUDY SESSIONS THAT ACTUALLY WORK Make study times during your best time of day Don’t schedule overly long sessions Allow for 5- to 10-minute study breaks Reward yourself when you’re done studying

4 FIGHT DISTRACTIONS! Establish a couple of places where all you do is Establish a good study environment Fight electronic distractions Avoid “multitasking” Fight telephone distractions
