7 Programme Implementation Progress in implementation has only been recorded for Priority 1. Progress in implementation has only been recorded for Priority 1. Due to the low degree of Programme implementation, there are no sufficient official data in the monitoring system of the PMA to support the assessment of the effectiveness & efficiency of the Programme. The very successful cooperation between the Managing Authority, Apulia Region and Final Beneficiaries and the satisfactory level of readiness of the administration and management system of the Programme, have paved the way for the commencement of implementation of all Programme Measures, within 2006. Provided that the most suitable projects are selected for inclusion, in terms of the attainment of targets, maturity, prospects & potential for completion within the programme period, it seems quite likely that the Programme can be effectively completed in time. The very successful cooperation between the Managing Authority, Apulia Region and Final Beneficiaries and the satisfactory level of readiness of the administration and management system of the Programme, have paved the way for the commencement of implementation of all Programme Measures, within 2006.
