4. 4 Experiences related to this project -3 Training, KM and e-learning -2002-2003 : French Ministry of Employment experimentation program : Elaboration of an « on-line tool » to help small enterprises directors in detecting their training needs and in building their training plan. - 2001-02 : Franche-Comte Region : Design of an Extranet platform to give the possibility to «APP training centers» trainers to share their training tools and knowledge.
