21 The barge terminal Stage I The barge terminal Stage II 1. The barge terminal, phase I -67% of the investment (phase I) is ensured by a loan without state guarantee from European Bank of Reconstruction and Development. -the works are on progress and we expect it to be finished in the first quarter of 2008. 2. Development of the railway capacity in the south part of the port, in the connection to the existent container terminal on pier II South and the existent operators in the area
