Research University Requirements (75%) Quality and quantity of researchers: Publications in citation indexed journals and conferences indexed by SCOPUS or Web of Science PhD or equivalent 75% of staff Quality and quantity of research: publications Minimum grant RM50,000, head count > 75% Publication in non-citation indexed journal Books and books chapter Other publications impact of govern/society/policy Goal : To achieve the requirements of RU (for department level) ENCON, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, UTM
