Responsible for creating an efficient networking that will promote - innovative SME-s - internationalization of SME - cooperation with border states Note: No need for a new structure. Existing structures commit to work together for defining necessaries and opportunities, future vision, common programs, possible projects and activities. They will negotiate for signing the Territorial Pact for the Local Development
