16 Partnerships with other Granters in Oxford  United Way of Oxford – Executive Director Ex-Officio Member of the Board of OCF to ensure cooperation and help identify funding needs and gaps.  United Way tend to support operating dollars and fund raises annually to give away the following year.  OCF tends to support small Capital and/or pilot projects and seeks support from people willing to endow funds – Capital remains in perpetuity – Capital remains in perpetuity – interest granted, as available, to support causes
