Sleep What are the risks involved??
Most kids between 5 and 12 get about 9.5 hours a night, but really you need 10 or 11 hours each night. What are the risks involved?? Being sick all the time Not able to follow directions Getting other diseases. Sleep is very important, especially at these ages. So If you do not get a full nights rest you wont be able to process what you learned. Your immune system is weak so you will be sick more often. You will have a hard time being able to follow directions. It could lead to other diseases that would cause more problems. So my guess is you all want to get the right amount of sleep.
