4. Sudan Dictatorship (with the help of military…DANGEROUS!) 17 and over can vote, doesn’t really count though because government is corrupt! Civil War being fought. Ethnic conflict between Arabs in north and African tribes in the South region of Darfur. *Country now officially DIVIDED into 2 nations - 2011.

5. General Legislative (law making) Information: Refers to law making 1.
