4. Chapter of Excellence Summer is a great time to start thinking about this! Delegate pieces to your members Get your appendices ready, plan ahead for the Fall to meet requirements  Written Workshop October 14 th  COE Written Due – November 12  Interview Workshop November 18 th  Both at 9 pm in KC 2270  COE Presentation Date – December 10 The COE Process is Mandatory. No exceptions.

5. Statistics Reports Any additional community service hours or changes to your roster must be submitted to Branden by April 30 th Have not received Stats reports from:  Alpha Kappa Alpha  Iota Phi Theta  Kappa Alpha Psi  Omega Psi Phi  Theta Chi These were due by Friday and are now considered late. This delays all reports and statistics for the entire Greek community and also negatively impact your chapter of excellence scores.

6. Greek 101 For Fall Please encourage your members to apply  Very few IFC/MGC applicants  No NPHC Applicants Due April 30 th  There will be NO extensions or late applications. Greek 101 Fall Date: October 23 rd  Training for Facilitators on October 16 th Greek 101 Winter Date: February 20 th All new members must attend, please plan ahead.

7. New Member Academic Plan Very few people actually completing program Chapters owe over $2000 in fines How are you holding your members accountable? What can we do to make the process more clear? Due date this Fall is October 29 th 2.55 will remain the minimum GPA until January when it will become a 2.60

8. RSO Membership Expectation In order to be recognized and in good standing with the university you must have four members. Any without four members will have to receive special authorization through Aaron Haight and myself. If an organization fails to meet the minimum expectations for more than two semesters, the organization will lose recognition and all privileges.
