3. Five Manuals for the Spring 2009 Field Tests 1. One Field Test Coordinator’s Manual (FTCM) 2. One Field Test Administration Manual (FTAM) 3. Three Field Test Examiner’s Manuals

4. Field Test Coordinator’s Manual FTCM The FTCM is a traditional Test Coordinator Manual and is designed for the Phase II field tests. This FTCM provides detailed instructions to the DTCs, STCs, and Examiners for securing and distributing the test materials for English I, Algebra II, Geometry, Integrated Math II, Integrated Math III, American History and Government and returning those testing materials for scoring to Riverside Publishing.

6. The Field Test Administration Manual FTAM provides detailed instructions to the DTCs, STCs, and Examiners for securing and distributing the English II Standalone Writing Prompt test materials and returning them for scoring to the Assessment Resource Center. The FTAM is unique and combines into a single manual both the traditional TCM information and the traditional Examiner’s manual instructions for the English II Standalone field test.

8. Field Test Examiners Manuals The instructions for all EOC assessed courses for a single content area are combined into one manual

13. Examiner Manuals Table of Contents The Introduction and Steps 1 -3 are the same in all three examiner’s manuals and closely match the Phase I operational examiner’s manuals. Finalizing and Assembling Materials and Steps 4-7 are also the same in each manual. The directions for administrating the tests are individualized in the middle of the examiner’s manual.
