2. 2 Select New South HR by a left mouse click once on NewSouth HR icon

7. 7 1. Enter the ID and Employment Rcd Nbr click or 2. Search on Name field. Enter all or part of the last name in the last name field and click Note: Name field is case sensitive. Choose the entry from the list by highlighting the relevant ID, Name, Empl Rec#, Plan Type and or double click on the entry. There are 2 ways to search for an Employee’s Leave Plan Balances record:

8. 8 J A record of Leave Accruals is available for each Plan Type J Leave Accruals are displayed by Accrual Date which is updated every pay day. Earlier Accrual Dates may be viewed using the scroll bar. J The Hours Balance should be referred to for part-time employees, Days Balance is appropriate for full-time employees J Use the list keys to select another Plan Type.

9. 9 Adding a Favorite Using Favorites makes accessing regularly used panels quicker. Follow the steps below to add Leave Accruals to your Favorites list: 1. Access the panel you wish to add to your Favorites list 2. Select the Add to Favorites option from the Favorites drop down menu 3. Leave the label as default or change it to what makes sense to you eg ‘Leave Balances’ 4. Click the OK button. 5. Before disconnecting from the CITRIX application new Favorites must be saved.
