Contractual Requirements: NFLC NFLC Requirements concerning programs – Convene pre- and post-program conferences – Collect data on programs, outcomes, curricula, materials, and indicators of program impact – Collect end-of-program reports from awardees – Identify improvements and plan for program growth – Report to the government
