2. The whole picture 1. The motivation is from the big picture that combine all the possible network together to collect information

3. Our focus 2. Currently we just focus on a part of the whole picture in figure 1, which includes WLAN, WMN, MANET, WSN and Ethernet. 3. 5. Current progress Designed a delay-aware cluster mechanisms based on the different mobility in different network. Implement this mechanism and other delay-aware protocol (connected dominating set and weekly connected dominating set )in Qualnet 5.0, and make comparison.

6. Next step Add energy efficient functions in the delay-aware mechanism Design the data format we collect and action protocol which is deployed in the sink to guarantee the data quality.
