Bylaws – Appendix A Division Chair approval – course has been discontinued Course Coordinator approval – course not offered other campuses Complete appropriate paperwork Signatures Submit paperwork to Vice President of Academic Instruction office

1. Contact department/division chair to discuss the update or correction. Also, inform other instructors, including all campuses. 2. If approved by department/division chair, bring signed copy of changes to Lindsey Mahan in the Learning Effectiveness Center. 3. Depending on course, it may be corrected immediately or may need review and approval of curriculum committee.
