5. O THER C ONSIDERATIONS Some sites may require the following: Immunizations/TB test Criminal Background Check Drug Screening Update CPR & First Aid Certifications Strength & Conditioning (some sites) will require CSCS certification to complete internship Flu Shot

6. FAQ S Does the internship/fieldwork need to be within the semester dates? Yes for fieldwork Yes for internship, however 1-2 week early start will be acceptable. Can I complete my fieldwork and internship at the same site? Yes, however responsibilities must change with an internship and a plan must be presented Can I complete my fieldwork or internship where I currently work?
