3. The reading also says One of the disadvantages of WBT is that ‘WBT requires more work’. Good thing about WBT is the scalability, but it requires a lot of investment upfront to build the product. Which is true, but.. Can we provide better format which is easier to use, able to evolve?

4. Overall, I felt the idea of clear distinction between ‘teaching’ and ‘learning’, or ‘supply’ and ‘demand’ in this article. …Is the teaching resource limited? Can everybody be a teacher?
