 Authentication  Encryption 2

Blackberry - Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) - Triple Data Encryption Standard (Triple DES) 3

Palm - The webOS platform provides proven technologies to help secure data in transit over Wi-Fi, cellular data networks, and Bluetooth wireless technology.  Security is built in to critical applications such as Email and Browser; moreover, third parties can use secure web communication protocols such as SSL in their own webOS applications. 4

Blackberry - BlackBerry MDS Services on BlackBerry Enterprise Server support RSA SecurID® authentication, providing organizations with additional authorization when users access application data or corporate intranets on their BlackBerry smartphones. BlackBerry MDS Services utilize RSA ACE/Agent® Authorization API 5.0 to interface to RSA ACE Servers®. Users are prompted for their Username and Token Passcode when navigating to a site or application requiring authorization. 5

Palm  - Keyring for PalmOS encrypts all data except when it is actually being edited. Everything in its database is always stored encrypted. It uses 3-DES for encryption, the key is generated from a MD5 hash of your master password.  The master password is not stored in the database. Instead, an MD5 hash of the password and a random 32-bit salt is stored and checked against entered values.  Strong random number generator gathering event entropy is used to generate random passwords. 6

 A company called “LogisticPro (HK) Limited”.  The main business of LogisticPro (HK) Limited is Logistic. LogisticPro is expanding business and the number of mobile workforce is increased, so they need mobile devices to support mobile workforce. 7
