10 The Booz Allen Cyber Campaign As a part of Booz Allen’s Cyber campaign, we have developed a comprehensive Cyber workforce plan that will be used to strengthen our workforce by: Establishing a foundation for Cyber training and development programs Outlining a strategy for acquiring and developing resources within the firm We developed a Cyber Role Framework of sample roles that we foresee the workforce demanding. Some examples are: Cyber Intel Analyst Cyber Policy Analyst Cybersecurity Tester

11 Booz Allen Cyber University Filename/RPS Number Booz Allen Cyber Boot Camp A 7-week pilot program that is a hybrid combination of internal and vendor-instructed training An additional 3-week TS/SCI contractor specific class is offered to select staff Booz Allen Cyber University provides our staff the following: Five online self-paced Programs of Study Seven IT certifications Programs of Study

14 Cyber Collaboration In order to successfully meet the Cyber-related workforce demands academia, Government, and industry must work cohesively to attract, retain, and motivate highly-skilled Cyber professionals Academia Continue to offer undergraduate and graduate Cyber-related classes to expose students to IA and Cyber best practices Encourage students to pursue entry level Security certifications Encourage students to pursue Government and/or Industry mentoring relationships Continue to educate and provide the workforce with skilled engineers, computer scientists, and analysts Offer IA / Cyber –related degrees for working professionals either during the evenings or online Government / Industry Offer students opportunities for Cyber related internships Develop internal Cyber training initiatives to onboard new Cyber talent Collaborate with academia partners to enhance development of higher education Cyber-related coursework
