What is M-Lab? You’ll be able to apply what you learned in your core courses to a single project Teams of 3-5 students consult on real projects for companies and non-profits “The best way to learn a concept is to apply it.” Mom and Apple Pie

Student Project Proposals Students are highly encouraged to submit their own projects Proposal Guidelines: Project must be cross-functional (e.g. not just market research) For MMM’s, projects must have mfg/process improvement focus. Scope must allow completion within 6-7 weeks (24 person days) Sponsors must donate $1,000 to the program

Student Project Proposals February Preliminary Project Proposal deadline Early March Proposals Scoped and Finalized Mid-march Projects posted for bidding by registered students Late March Project bidding results posted and teams finalized
