Virtual Tours (VT) are an inexpensive way to experience numerous aspects of the “world” without actually being there VT planning does take time, but a VT can be used in segments, in it’s entirety, utilized in the future and/or edited to as necessary to meet other needs Article: “Grounded” from Edutopia, 10/05Grounded

You may use a variety of tools to create your tour, including but not limited to: ● PowerPoint ● Windows Movie Maker ● Audacity ● Photo Story 3 ● Nvu or KompoZer ● iMovie/iDVD ● Keynote ● Photoshop

No one tool is "better" than another Use what works best for your tour design and audience needs Possible media: still photos, panoramic photos, 360 photos, movie clips, audio clips and/or voice over, links to related online sites, scanned items (i.e. maps, news articles, brochures, etc.)
