5. Other Considerations Some sites may require the following: ◦ Immunizations/TB test ◦ Criminal Background Check ◦ Drug Screening ◦ Update CPR & First Aid Certifications ◦ Strength & Conditioning (some sites) will require CSCS certification to complete internship ◦ Flu Shot
