One Laptop Per Child Aim The mission of One Laptop per Child (OLPC) is to empower the children of developing countries to learn by providing one connected laptop to every school-age child Most of the nearly two billion children in the emerging world don’t have access to adequate education. The XO laptop is our answer to this crisis OLPC was founded by Nicholas Negroponte with a core of Media Lab veterans(Pictured Above)
