1. Before Tools Upgrade After Tools Upgrade Before the Tools upgrade you would have seen a red “Processing” flashing in the top right corner of the screen when the system was processing your request (Fig 1). After the Tools upgrade the red “Processing” is replaced with a round icon which will turn clockwise while the system is processing your request (Fig 2.) Fig 1 Fig 2

2. Prior to the Tools upgrade when you were typing into a search field you needed to type and then press the lookup icon (Fig 1). After the Tools upgrade when you type into a field the system will provide a “type ahead” function which will narrow down the list based on what you have entered so you will no longer need to press the lookup icon but can choose from the narrowed down pop up list which appears on the screen (Fig 2) Fig 1 Fig 2

3. The “Maximum number of rows” message which appears on inquiries screen will now be editable so that you can select the number of rows you want returned with your inquiry. Prior to the tools upgrade this field defaulted to 300 and was not editable. The maximum number of rows returned remains unchanged at 300 (you may lessen this number by editing the field).
