2  Consortium of services and resources  Empowering each employee to adopt and maintain healthy lifestyles  Promoting a culture of wellness It is the mission of Western Wellness to promote and improve the wellness of the campus community by empowering each employee to adopt and maintain healthy behaviors and create a healthy culture thereby improving productivity and reducing health care costs.
