Library Catalogue: Coverage Used to discover the location and availability of physical and some electronic resources: Books Dissertations (undergraduate and postgraduate) DVDs, CDs and other software Periodicals (from newspapers to scholarly journals) Note: The Library Catalogue has a new user interface, which should make it much easier to use!

The Search Refinement Process You can go through several iterations of the refinement process. Add as many steps as you need: strategic management = 514 Plus Subject: international business enterprises management = 24 Plus Collection: Electronic Books = 2 Bread crumbs detail the route, and allow you to return to earlier stages of the search: This method of searching is also used with the more sophisticated Library databases (Business Source Premier, Emerald, etc.)

ALWAYS Reserve Unavailable Items Reservations Books and other resources that are currently on loan or located at one of the other campus libraries should be reserved: Input your ten digit Student ID number (do not include the dash before the last digit)

‘More Search Options’ Advanced search options: Detailed keyword searches; Specific Author and/or Title etc. All of the options may be used in any combination

My Library Account I The link to your Library Account that appears at the top of every page within the Catalogue Summary details Summary of any outstanding charges: fines for overdue items; invoices for lost items
