I plan to continue learning about various educational technology. This will be a life long process. Here are some areas of interest for me. Podcasts Windows Movie Maker Blogs Web Sites Wikis
8
According to Lorrie Jackson (n.d.), “a podcast is simply an audio -- and sometimes a video -- recording made available online”.
9
Movie Maker allows the user to create movies and slide shows on their computer. It is a great tool for someone new to digital video editing.
10
According to Dictionary.com (n.d.), a blog is “a Web site where an individual or group posts their own experiences, observations, opinions, etc., and often having images and links to other Web sites”.
11
The American Heritage Science Dictionary (n.d.)defines it as “A set of interconnected web pages, usually including a homepage, generally located on the same server, and prepared and maintained as a collection of information by a person, group, or organization”.
12
It’s a Website that allows authorized users and visitors to view, add, correct, or change information in the specified space.
