Background Humans have always stolen from each other Modern day laws try to stop it –Lawsuits for stealing ideas, either physical or in academic work –United States Constitution says, "To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries."
