21 Construction of Rain Garden  Phase 1: Mark Utilities and Rain Garden layout – 2-3 Days Prior to digging Number of people: 3 Expected time: 1 Hour  Phase 2: Dig Trenches for Drainage Tile and Storage Area, Remove Existing Walkway (reuse walkway stone) Number of people: 5 Expected time: 3 Hours  Phase 3: Install Drainage Tile and Layers of Sand/ Clay/Soil including forming burms (this would include grading all layers) Number of people:10-12 Expected time: 8 Hours  Phase 4: Install Walkway, Plants, Landscaping Rocks Number of people: 15-20 Expected time: 8 Hours  Phase 5: Install Mulch and Clean-up Number of People: 8-10 Expected time: 3 Hours 21 Boiler Green Initiative
