Proposal: What to Include Project summary Project description Objectives (intended learning outcomes) Number of students affected and student supervision mechanisms Background and expertise of proposer(s) Space needs and special requirements Safety issues and how they will be addressed Budget (separate into infrastructure investment to establish an Idea Incubator; and recurring project expenditures; include possible long-term sources of support for the latter) University-wide impact (including, for instance, the engagement of students and/or collaborators from other units) Potential societal impact of the Idea Incubator Assessment of learning outcomes

Criteria for Selection Include … 1.Project feasibility; 2.expertise of proposer(s); 3.impact on student learning; 4.university-wide impact; and 5.impact on society.
