1. BlackBoard Online Submission Annual Assessment Updates 2010-2011

2. Step 1: Log Into Blackboard To do so from any NIU web page, click on A-Z Index

3. Step 2: BlackBoard Course Server Under the letter B, click on Blackboard Course Server

4. Step 3: Log In In the ‘Login Here’ box enter your NIU Account ID (ie: Novell ID) and password, then click on Login

5. Step 4: Content Collection Click on the Content Collection tab near the top of the screen

6. Step 5: Collaboration Click on the >> button in the left navigation menu next to Collaboration

7. Step 6: To Do List Click on the desired task under the To Do List that you would like to complete

8. Step 7: Upload Main Click on the 2010-2011 folder link button

9. Step 8: Upload Click on the >>> next to the Upload link and choose Upload Files

10. Step 9: Browse Folders Click on the Browse button to find the 2010-2011 Annual Assessment Update form on your computer and corresponding documents (Note: hold “Ctrl” to select multiple documents). Check all the boxes except Lock File. Click Submit

11. Step 10: Collaboration Click on the >>> button in the left navigation menu next to Collaboration

12. Step 11: To Do List Click on the same task as before under the To Do List that you would like to complete

13. Step 12: Edit Action Click on the Edit Action link

14. Step 13: approval Click on the Status drop down list and select ‘Completed/Approved’ and insert any comment you may have along with a subject and click Submit
