Graduation Orders If you have not ordered your cap,
gown, stole, and tassel, you need to contact Herff Jones as soon as possible. VAGRAD.COM The longer you wait, the higher the price will go For the ceremony, you will need: cap, gown, and tassel. Everything else is optional.

Senior Scholarship and Academic Awards May 20th
6:00 in the main gym to line up if you have been notified that you are receiving an award 6:30 ceremony in the auditorium Special Awards and Scholarships Reception will follow Business dress required Parents are invited to attend To practice graduating. Pomp and Circumstance. Line-up. Special Event.

Graduation Tickets Handed Out - May 22
Will be handed out on the stage in the commons during lunches or after that, in room L5 from 8:15-8:30 or 3:30-3:45. The last day to request extra tickets is Friday, May 29th. All fines (and Uniforms)– including café & Library –must be paid before you get your tickets! Ten tickets and two parking passes per person. Waiting list for extra tickets will be on the stage at that time. A maximum of 10 extra tickets will be allowed per person. However, there will be limited extra tickets available this year. Extra tickets will be handed out on June 1st. If you need a handicapped parking pass, you will have to see Ms. Fleming and trade in one of your regular passes. No extra parking passes will be available.

Senior Picture & Graduation Rehearsal Monday, June 1
Main Gym 8:30-12:30 approx. MANDATORY for graduation!!! Cap and Gown required with proper underclothes. You must wear the same clothes you plan on wearing for Graduation! Picture order envelope will be available that day if you are ordering the picture. Cost $ Bring check made to Candid Color or cash. All Seniors are released when finished

Senior Picnic at Hanover Wayside Park Tuesday, June 2
8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Meet in the bus loop Must have completed permission slip with parent/guardian signature in hand at the buses. Permission slips will be handed out at graduation rehearsal or can be picked up in guidance and in W7, or they can be printed from the Blackboard site. No Charge – Food and Drinks Provided. You may not bring your own food and drink. Must travel to/ from by school bus. Attire: shorts and t-shirts allowed; no exposed swimwear; shirts must be worn at all times Students not on the trip must be in class!! A Long Standing Tradition. A School Function so – School Rules Apply. Permission Slips due May 21, 2002. Travel by Bus is a Liability Issue. Dress Code is a Big Deal.

Baccalaureate Sunday, June 7
7:00 in the LD Auditorium Gown Required with proper underclothing/ no Cap Open to all Graduating Seniors, Parents, and Guests Reception in the Lobby afterwards Motivational Guest Speaker Senior Video will be shown This is a PTSA sponsored event

Graduation, Saturday June 13
Graduation Time – 3:30 p.m. Stuart C. Siegel Center Your mandatory Arrival Time is 2:30 p.m. – your family should drop you at the door and then go park. All Guests must have a ticket to be admitted, including children Proper attire! (Mandatory – or you will not walk!) Proper behavior NECESSARY to receive diploma. No embellishments allowed on cap or gown. If you arrive late, you will go to the end of the line or not walk! We will be the first in Hanover to go. Dress Code Must be on time 11:30 a.m.

Proper Underclothing for Gowns
MEN: You will wear a collared white dress shirt with a tie. Your slacks must be black, gray, or dark blue. Your shoes must be dark dress shoes. LADIES: You may wear a white or pastel dress or skirt and shirt. If you wear slacks, they must be white. Your shoes must be white or neutral. No colored shoes – no pink, blue, red, etc. ABSOLUTELY NO FLIP FLOPS FOR ANYONE!! (do not wear brightly colored underwear – it will show through!)

Senior Trip – May 31 Six Flags (7:30 am – 8:30 pm)
Must Ride Bus and bring permission slip that day. You will get it when you purchase your ticket. Tickets will be sold May th before school and during lunches The cost will be $67.00 and will include bus, park entrance, and an all you can eat buffet lunch. Proper park attire required (park acceptable swimwear in the waterpark is allowed) Students not on the trip must be in class!! We will be the first in Hanover to go. Dress Code Must be on time 11:30 a.m.
