H1 Title of the Research Study H2 Presenting Author(s) and/or Institution Name e-Poster submissions must be uploaded to the Presenter’s Portal on the conference website by August 15, 2015. Refer to the e-Poster Style Guide for poster specifications. Presenters should develop a presentation slide using Microsoft PowerPoint (or other presentation software) and export the slide to a.ppt or.pptx file format. Ensure the slide is sized to 56 (width) x 31.5 (height) inches and oriented in landscape as this will ensure a 16:9 aspect ratio suitable for viewing on a widescreen 56” LCD monitor. Insert text here. e-Poster presentations must be less than 5 minutes with 2-3 minutes for questions. This template was created to assist researchers in meeting minimum specifications for e-Poster presentation. Presenters are not required to use the template, but are encouraged to utilize: Generous amount of white space to separate text and graphic elements Bold and italics to provide emphasis Bullets to separate text Colored headings, graphs, tables, and charts to draw the reader’s eye to those areas of the Poster Submitted PowerPoint slides will be reviewed to ensure they conform to minimum specifications and converted to a.jpg file for upload into presentation software, which will be utilized to manage and queue all presentation slides during the conference. As a static poster image will be displayed on the digital monitors, presenters are invited to create dynamic presentations using audio and video. Animation should not be utilized in developing the poster as it will be lost in the conversion to a static image file. Video files may be submitted along with the e- Poster and will be overlaid onto the poster slide in the presentation interface. Video files must conform to specified file formats and be less than 3 minutes in duration. Similarly, audio files may be submitted as narration linked to the e-Poster when uploaded to the conference website post-conference. Sans-serif type is recommended for digital media. A list of recommended sans-serif fonts are provided in the e-Poster Style Guide. Images Image size should be between 2 - 4 megabytes (not to exceed 4 MB) with resolution between 72 – 300 dpi. Graphics should be of high enough resolution to enable viewing on LCD monitors, but should not exceed 1200 x 1600 pixels to ensure the specified maximum file size of poster slide is not exceeded.
