COMPANY PROPRIETARY PRC / PRTC Primary Reference Clock / Primary Time Reference Clock FREQUENCY PRC (ITU G.811 1x10-11) Frequency distribution requires a Primary Reference Clock (PRC) The PRC is usually have 3 PRS (Cesium clock, GPS)  The PRC output is a telecom frequency such as 2048kHz or framed E1 output TIME & PHASE PRTC (G.8272 100ns to UTC)  Time/Phase distribution requires a Primary Reference Time Clock (PRTC)  This reference must come from GNSS  The PRTC output is a 1PPS ideally with timestamp or time code  This timestamp must be linked to UTC.
