1 3 2 Quiver Index fletch to point to archer
Place arrows in quiver with one hand 5 Aluminium tubes 100mm 2 Insert each arrow in a separate tube

Steps to arm disabled archery success
Stance Nock arrow Mouth tab set Bow hand set Draw Aim Shot Set-up Release Reflect Pre draw, Anchor and Follow through is not applicable.

Stance Open foot and shoulder width. Place Bow on top of quiver Nock Arrow Nock arrow with string in quiver bellow nock point and draw out, face to target

Mouth tab set Bow hand set Grip tab in middle teeth.
Centre the bow grip under the lifeline of the relaxed bow hand.

Draw With draw arm parallel to the ground smoothly push the bow arm forward. Aim Align the string, arrow rest and arrow point to the target. Shot Set-Up While the eye continues to aim Maintain active bow muscles.

Release Just open lower jaw Reflect Did the shot feel and look right?

Retrieving Arrows Walk back with arrows point facing back and shaft horizontal to ground Remove arrows and place on floor while looking back Align points on top of target bud
