Compounders not registered as outsourcing facilities Only exempt from certain aspects of 503B Still must meet all applicable conditions of the FDCA Compounding entity that may register as an outsourcing facility Must compound in compliance with CGMP or under direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist in a registered facility Must also report information to the FDA about compounded drugs such as source of ingredients Must adhere to new quality standards
