44. Binary bonus Weekly capping based on rank achievement in a week period, Binary team bonus is allowed to reach a maximum of US$ 30,000 per week. Carry forward volume: The maximum amount of unpaid accumulated volume on the Larger Leg that may be carried forward at the end of any weekly pay period is 100,000 GBV. When a Distributor is not qualified for (20PV Monthly) for Three (3) consecutive months (12 commission weeks), none of his/her carryover BV will be retained. Commission: Rice Farmer International LLC. will pay maximum payout of 50% of total company GV in a week. If the compensation plan is paying out more than 50%, The top 60% of earning IBOs will be capped on a pro-rated basis to bring the compensation plan to a maximum 50% payout. Downline (or Organization): All the people a member personally sponsors and anyone sponsored by those new members make up the organization, or downline, of that originating member, including members placed under you by others.

45. Enroll (or Sponsor): To recruit a prospect and sign them up (electronically or in person) as Rice Farmer International member. Left and Right Sales Team (or Legs): Team Bonus are paid based upon your organization in two Sales Teams (Left and Right). Rice Farmer International enables Two Members to be directly under you (your Frontline). Everyone else in your organization is placed under one of these two Members for team bonus calculations. All Business volume of product purchases in your Left and Right Sales Teams (or legs) are calculated down to unlimited depth, and count towards team bonus. Distributor: Anyone who signs a Rice Farmer International Distributor agreement and maintains his or her status by generating at least 20 PV in total personal (Regular/ Customer/Retail) orders in a month. Distributor Agreement: The agreement that must be completed, signed, received, and accepted by Rice Farmer International as one of the prerequisites to becoming a member.

46. Personal Business Volume (PBV): The volume of product you purchase for resale or personal consumption purposes as well as your personal Customer purchases from the company in a given month. Personally Sponsored (PS) (or Enrolled): The direct connection between a Sponsor/Enroller and a new member. Personally sponsored members are placed within the first level of your Enrollment Tree. Qualify: To reach the established minimums for sales volume, recruiting, and rank for a given month. Qualified member: A member who meets the requirements for specific bonuses and commissions. See individual bonuses for detailed requirements.

47. Rank : Titles earned by fulfilling documented business objectives, starting with Member and continuing to President Millionaire. Recruit: To attempt to enroll or enlist an individual or entity to join Rice Farmer International either directly through personal contact or indirectly through a third party. Retail Profit: The difference between the wholesale price members pay for product, and the retail price at which they sell it to Customers. It’s up to members to do that deal of benefiting from retail sales. That will be profitable for members when Rice Farmer International LLC. will offer more best whole sales prices in future by importing its own rice product. 48. Support Team (Upline): This is the group above you that you have been placed under. They are available to help you grow your organization. Find their contact info in your BackOffice. Tracking Position (TP ): The position in the Binary structure that holds your Left and Right Sales Team. The Tracking Position is used to track all sales and sponsorship. Enrollment Tree: This is also known as your Personal Enrollment Tree, Enrollment Organization, Generation Tree, Personal Enrollment Legs, or Generation downline. The Enrollment Tree refers to all Distributors that you have personally enrolled, and those that they have personally enrolled, and on and on. Enrollee: An individual who has chosen to become a new Distributor (Enrollee) and has been enrolled by an existing Distributor (Enroller) into the business.

49. Placement: When an Enroller places a new Distributor into their Binary Tree, this is referred to as Placement. The Enroller has the unilateral decision on where the new Distributor is placed in their Binary Tree, also referred to as a new Business Center. Left Group Volume (GV): The total business volume earned from all orders accumulated in a Distributor’s Left sales team Binary Tree weekly period (not including a Distributor’s own PV). Volume refers to points assigned to the product. Binary Commissions are earned on lesser leg or matching volume. 50. Processing fee: 5% Processing fee will be deducted on distributor commissions weekly.
