4.  Bulk registration is not an efficient process  Very low completion rates ResearcherID integration is now done on a case- by-case basis: ◦ managed by UQ eSpace staff on request from UQ academics (or on their behalf) via email ◦ UQ eSpace imports new WoS publications into eSpace weekly from linked ResearcherID accounts and links those papers to UQ researchers without human intervention ◦ Can initiate import of WoS publications in linked ResearcherID accounts at any time ◦ Can upload eSpace publications to linked ResearcherID accounts (though this is not done very often).

5.  Asked liaison librarians to work with researchers to clean up Scopus ID’s - mixed success  Subscribed to SciVal in late 2014  Working on a project to clean up researchers – started with those with known name issues and/or high H index.  This has proved to much easier – more efficient and faster turnaround from Elsevier Key Learning – researchers will not do this themselves unless they see a benefit
