2  Prom will be held May 16, 2015  At the Waxahachie Civic Center  7:00pm-Midnight Must be in the door by 8:45pm.

5  Prom names will be taken via Instagram at @CHHSsenior15 #CHProm15 or during lunches at the senior table.  All submissions must be in by Thursday 3/26  Winner gets a FREE Prom ticket $80 Value

6 Gentlemen: 1. No Denim 2. No Sagging 3. No Bandannas 4. No jewelry with inappropriate symbols or signs example: anything showing a marijuana leaf

7 Ladies: No Key Holes ( in front or down the side) No completely exposed back Plunging back cannot go down lower than the natural waist line Slits must not be higher than 5 inches from the middle of the knee. Hem can be no shorter than 5 Inches from the middle of the knee. (front and back) No excessive cleavage

8 Ladies Continued  No sheer material or lace that shows skin through the material  NO tutu dresses WHEN IN DOUBT GET IT CHECKED!!!

9 You have 2 options: 1. Bring it to school, put it on and get it approved by Ms. Caw, Mrs. Martin or Coach Rader 2. Take a digital photo of YOU in the dress/suit, both a front view and back view. Email or text pictures to Ms. Caw, Mrs. Martin or Coach Rader for approval.

10 1. ABSOLUTELY NO IN AND OUTS If you leave you will not be allowed to return. 2. You may bring a date that is not a CHHS student, but must fill out a date form. Outside dates must be under 21 years of age. 3. No entrance after 8:45pm 4. Anyone found to be in possession of drugs or alcohol at prom will be disciplined and will not walk at graduation. 5. No BARE FEET!!! If your shoes are going to hurt, bring a pair of flip flops!!!

16  Prom Tickets will go on sale the first week in May  If you paid the $350.00 for senior fees, it includes YOUR prom ticket. If you did not then you must purchase a prom ticket at the regular price of $80.00. The price will not increase nor decrease in price.  All entering must have a ticket.  Lost tickets WILL NOT be replaced!  No refunds will be given.

17  Prom dates who are NOT CHISD students will be required to fill out a CHHS Guest Information Form (available in forms section of the Sr website)  All NON CHISD students must have a valid picture ID. A school ID will work if the student is NOT 18, otherwise a state issued ID or Drivers license will be required.  Guest Forms are due to Coach Rader NO later than Wednesday May 6, 2015

18  Senior IDs are required for those who paid senior fees in FULL  Anyone else must have current school ID and a ticket.  Lost Senior IDs can be replaced for a $5 fee. See Coach Rader if you need one.

20  For each 2 dress code infractions, seniors will lose a senior activity in the following order: 1. Roll Bounce 2. Senior Picnic 3. NRH20 4. Senior Luncheon 5. Project Graduation 6. Senior Prom 7. Graduation

21 You may only earn back the first senior activity lost. 1. Clean up during lunches 2. Thursday School

22 FOR Major infractions ( i.e. fighting etc.), students will lose any and/or all senior activities depending on severity of offense as determined by the campus administration. This includes the loss of prom and/or the ability to walk with your class at the graduation ceremony.

23  Community Service Hours – in addition to required hours.  Number of hours determined by administration.  Location of service to be approved by Mr. Petty  No further disciplinary Actions  This Includes dress code infractions.  No unexcused absences  This includes individual classes as well as all day absences.  No failing grades from that point forward.  On Progress Report and Report Cards

24  Senior Pranks Any prank that can/will cause bodily harm, financial loss or destruction of property will be considered a major infraction and will be disciplines accordingly. This includes the loss of any/all senior activities and the ability to walk in the graduation ceremony.

25  Commencement Ceremony: June 2 nd, 2015 7:00pm UTA College Park There will be no extra tickets available this year. Number of tickets will be divided by the number of graduates. Estimated number 10.

26 ALL information can be found on the Cedar Hill High School website, Class of 2015. This includes directions to prom, prom date forms, permission slips and all information covered today. Please check the website and listen to the morning announcements for additional information as we near some of these dates.
