ALMANAC CARRY ALMANAC EVERYDAY EVEN DURING EXAM DAYS. →Please fill in
Personal details (Student and teachers copy ) Undertaking (on both the pages ) Paste your ward’s Photograph in regular school uniform. Send the duly filled almanac on the first day of the school . Photographs and signatures of both the parents /guardian is a must .

Kindly train your ward to show any note given by you to the concerned Subject / Class Teacher . Keep a regular check for Notes pages / Medical Record . Check almanac for any note sent by Class /Subject teacher. PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THE NOTES REGULARLY.

UNIFORM Your ward should be smartly dressed for school.
Girls with long hair should plait their hair. No fancy hair accessories ,mehendi allowed. Label all the items in the uniform ,especially the shoes. Girls should wear cycling shorts underneath their skirts for dance period. Do not send your ward in Taekwondo uniform from home.

LEAVE RULES Minimum Attendance: 90 %.
Exemption only in case of medical emergency on submission of a medical certificate with an application on a plain sheet to be approved by the Principal. For leaves more than 2 days ,Leave application with Medical certificate must be enclosed . No short leaves or half day leave will be granted . Please do not miss any PTM .

GOENKAN PURSUITS GOENKAN PURSUITS : Refer to the Goenkan pursuits for various Inter class and Inter house activities . Preliminary rounds are conducted and selections are made for the final round. Class assemblies : Each class gets a chance to present the morning assembly. Encourage your ward to participate in various cultural and sports activities conducted from time to time.

TIMETABLE Books must be carried strictly as per the Timetable.
Grammar and literature books and notebooks (for English and Hindi) must be carried as per schedule which will be conveyed through the almanac. No fancy sharpeners and lead pencils to be brought to the school. Carry 4 sharpened pencils to school and a stationery box with other essentials.

NOTEBOOKS Notebooks should be properly labelled and covered with plastic sheet. Index page must be maintained properly. Notebooks are not checked the same day. Correction of notebooks will take 7-10 days. Worksheets must be maintained in subject folders at home. Train your ward to complete the class work in 35 minute period only. If your ward is a slow writer , ensure enough practice is given during the summer break to increase the pace of writing. Follow up of the remarks must be taken up regularly. Correction work must be done simultaneously.

PENDING WORK- Incase of absenteeism for medical reason /emergency
The student must take the responsibility to complete the assignments in case of absenteeism. Teachers will mention the pending work in notebook and try to make the child complete in classroom itself. If not possible in school hours ,Parents can come to school to note down the work only on Wednesday from 8:00a.m.-9:00a.m. Notebooks of other students will not be sent home for completing the work. No photocopying will be done from school.

Homework Assignments given are written on the White Board and remain there throughout the day. Homework given may not be signed by the teacher in the almanac . Homework is given according to the Schedule (1 written +1 oral +Mathematics everyday ). Kindly supervise your ward’s home tasks. Encourage them to complete the tasks independently. Group B activities / Sports and games include: Team Building Marching Rhythmic Activity Yoga Swimming / Skating All activities in this group will be an integral part of the curriculum.

LUNCH BREAK / CAFETERIA
Please adhere to Cafeteria Days. Food from the cafeteria can be taken only through coupons. Do not send cash . Breakfast is a must . It is advised that your ward carries a small water bottle.
